- 120 ml Soy Sauce
 - 80 ml honey
 - 80 ml ketchup
 - 75 g brown sugar
 - 60 ml Chinese Rice wine

 - 2 tablespoons red bean curd (optional)
 
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in a saucepan over medium-low heat; cook and stir until just combined and slightly warm, 2 to 3 minutes. The marinade is now ready to use.

- 800 g mooli shredded
 - 10 Dried Mushroom soaked and thinly sliced
 - 1 Chinese Sausage sliced
 - 2 tablespoons Fried Onions
 - 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
 - 1 pinch Salt
 - 1 pinch Ground Pepper
 - 400 g Rice Flour
 - 800 g Water
 - 400 g Rice Flour
 
Instructions
- Mix together rice flour and water, set aside.
 - Stir fry the Chinese sausage, fried onions and mushroom together first, add soy sauce and mooli, cook until the mooli is semi-transparent.
 - Add salt, pepper and the rice flour mixture into the mooli, turn to low heat and keep stiring until the whole mixture starts to thicken.
 - Put the thicken mixture into suitable containers and steam for 30 - 50 minutes.

- 2 1/2 cup Strong flour
 - 1/2 cup Plain flour
 - 1 teaspoon Yeast
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - 1 tablespoon Sugar
 - 1 1/4 cup Water
 - 1-2 tablespoon Oil
 
Instructions
- Use "dough" function of bread machine.
 - Divide the finished dough into 4 portions, covered and rest for 20 minutes.
 - Adding any filling of choice, do the final shaping, and rest for 50 minutes. (or 40 minutes if pre-heat oven to 50C, turn turn off the oven, it can be used as warming drawer).
 - Oven 170C, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
