Ingredients

  • 1 small tin tuna fish
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Drain the liquid from the tuna tin.
  • Put vegetable oil in the pan (medium low heat), fry the drained tuna until all liquid evaporated.
  • Add soy sauce and sugar to the fish, then keep stirring until all ingredients are well mixed and fried dry.
  • Leave to cool down completely before store it in airtight container.
