Ingredients
- 1 kg white fish fillets cut into chunks (semi frozen)
- 350 gm pork mince
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 250-300 gm Tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp Salt
- Some Rice Wine
- 1 Egg white
- Some Fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
- Some White peper
- Some Minced ginger
- 1 Spring onion, chopped
