  • 350 gm pork mince
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 250-300 gm Tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Some Rice Wine
  • 1 Egg white
  • Some Fish sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Some White peper
  • Some Minced ginger
  • 1 Spring onion, chopped
