Basic Bread Dough (Bread Machine Method)
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup Strong flour
- 1/2 cup Plain flour
- 1 teaspoon Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 1/4 cup Water
- 1-2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
- Use "dough" function of bread machine.
- Divide the finished dough into 4 portions, covered and rest for 20 minutes.
- Adding any filling of choice, do the final shaping, and rest for 50 minutes. (or 40 minutes if pre-heat oven to 50C, turn turn off the oven, it can be used as warming drawer).
- Oven 170C, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
