Easy Lemon Curd Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 250g Greek youghurt
  • 125g  Crème fraiche
  • 250g Lemon curd

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and churn in ice cream machine.

Alternatively, put mixture in container and freeze for 3 hours until set.
