Ingredients:
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Methods:
- In a food processor, blend together all the above ingredients except the extra virgin olive oil.
- While blending, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Blend until smooth.
